  • Calling all radio, television, newspaper, magazine and online journalists!

The 2012 Midwest Journalism Conference will be held Friday and Saturday, March 30-31 at the Crowne Plaze Hotel at 34th Avenue South and American Boulevard in Bloomington, Minnesota. Journalists from across the upper Midwest are invited to attend two busy days of training sessions geared toward professional development, career growth and recognition of the region's most outstanding work. The MJC is the nation's second-largest regional event of its kind in the country, regularly drawing more than 300 working professionals and journalism students for two intense days of seminars, awards programs and networking opportunities.

The conference is widely recognized for providing national-caliber training seminars at a fraction of the price of national conferences, along with prestigious awards programs, all within driving distance from anywhere in our six-state service area.

Take a few moments to explore our schedule, learn more about our member organizations, check out the conference hotel and register for the conference.

    Your success is our goal!
