The Midwest Journalism Conference is coming up soon, April 10-11, 2026, at a new hotel, the St. Paul InterContinental Riverfront Hotel on Kellogg Boulevard in St. Paul.

Along with two days packed with great training sessions, we invite you to the SPJ Mark of Excellence Awards luncheon on Friday, the Upper Midwest Emmy® Student Production Awards Friday evening, the RTDNA luncheon on Saturday and the MBJA Eric Sevareid Awards banquet on Saturday night. We’ll be announcing the 2026 Sevareid Award winners, the winners of the Jack Shelley Scholarship and the MBJF Diversity Scholarship and the winner of the Mitchell V. Charnley Award.
